How much space is needed to display the quilts?
A 30’ x 40’ or 25’ x 50’ room is best.
Who installs the quilts?
The hosting organization, unless otherwise arranged. SAQM supplies all display materials and instructions on how to set up and take down the quilts.
How are the quilts transported?
SAQM supplies transportation/ shipping materials and instructions. The hosting organization covers all transportation and/or shipping costs. Organizations must coordinate with SAQM on delivery logistics.
Is there an exhibition fee?
We request a tax-deductible donation of $500 (excluding shipping costs, documentary fees, and speaker travel costs), to cover our expenses and further the anti-racist work of the Sacred Ally Quilt Ministry. If this cost is prohibitive, please speak to us.
